How AsiaCalculator recruits only the best Forwarders 1. First of all, there is no free registration on AsiaCalculator for Forwarders (unless they are invited, see below). This ensures that only legitimate, established companies connect to the platform to provide Freight quotations. 2. AsiaCalculator has implemented quotas to ensure that only a limited number of Forwarders in each country are allowed to register spontaneously on the platform. This is to avoid a multiplication of small, un-qualified Forwarders which would bring no value to the Buyers. 3. Then, every new Forwarder registered is required to fill in a qualification survey, assessing them on qualitative criteria (such as nb of staff, accreditations, etc). This allows AsiaCalculator to rate the Forwarders in database, on a 50 pts scale. Each Forwarder's notation is then disclosed to Buyers next to their quotations. 4. Finally, AsiaCalculator ensures that information provided by Forwarders is accurate; routine emails are sent to make sure Forwarders keep their info up to date, and AsiaCalculator regularly desactivate Forwarders' accounts who are not active enough. The best Forwarders are recommended by Buyers Many Buyers on AsiaCalculator invite their Forwarder(s) to connect with them, to share Freight tariffs online - in that case, the invited Forwarder can create his account for free. A Forwarder is then evaluated on the number of Buyers he is connected with ("popularity"). Besides, Buyers can rate easily, on a 5-stars scale, Forwarders they are connected with. These 2 criteria (popularity and buyers' ratings), are the most powerful and significant of the reliability and quality of a Freight Forwarder.
